Most of the products featured on YoNoFoCo.com are in stock and available to ship within 3-4 business days. So please add that to the shipping time when figuring out how long it will take to receive your purchase.

Shipping Prices Free ground shipping on all orders, over $77 within the Contiguous U.S. This offer applies to U.S. delivery addresses within in the 48 states (+DC) and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Under $75 there is a flat rate of $7.87. All other destinations vary greatly depending on distance and carrier rules.

When your item(s) ship, we will send an e-mail confirmation to you with the tracking numbers for your order as the information becomes available to us. Orders consisting of numerous items may have multiple shipping dates. In the event that item(s) on your order are unavailable, we will notify you via email within 24-48 hours.

Returns Policy
Within 20 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any of the following items for a full refund, less shipping costs:

• Any item that has been unopened, or is in new condition with original packaging.
• Any item that is defective or damaged
• Any item received with missing parts or components

Freight must be prepaid to return destination; COD shipments will not be accepted. We recommend you insure the package in the event it is damaged during shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Products that show clear evidence of use will not be accepted for refund.

The items I want are in my shopping cart. How do I determine the shipping cost? Currently our shipping is free for orders over $75. If the order is under $75, then your shipping cost will be a flat rate of $7.49. Unless you live outside of the 48 contiguous states.


How does YoNoFoCo determine shipping? Currently our shipping is free for orders over $75. To make it easier on the customer, even when your order is less than $75, we still only charge a $7.87 flat rate.


Where do you ship? We will ship anywhere in the USA (all 50 states, including US territories) and Canada.


Where do you ship from?
Our products ship from a variety of warehouses. Our Gama Sonic products are shipped from California or Georgia. Our Sunmia products are shipped from California. Our Flipo products are shipped from Illinois. Our Maxsa products ship from Virginia. Our Smart Solar products ship from Florida and our SolLight products are shipped from Colorado or Oregon. All other products are shipped from Colorado.

How are the items shipped? By default we use UPS Ground and FedEx Ground for our shipments. There are a few products that need to be shipped by USPS Ground. If you require express shipment, contact us for a rate quote.


How do I track my order? YoNoFoCo will send you status emails as your order progresses through our system. When your item has shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. You can use that tracking number to track your shipment on the UPS or FedEx website.


What happens if an item is lost in shipping? If the shipper (FedEx or UPS) verifies that the package was lost prior to arriving at your destination, we will replace the goods at no charge. We are not responsible for shipments that are lost or stolen after delivery or shipments that are lost without shipper confirmation.


What happens if an item is damaged during shipment? Your shipper is responsible for damage during shipping. Contact the shipper within 48 hours of receiving the product and file a damage claim.
