By default we use UPS Ground and FedEx Ground for our shipments. There are a few products that needs to be shipped by USPS Ground. If you require express shipment, contact us for a rate quote. How do I track my order? YoNoFoCo will send you status emails as your order progresses through our system. When your item has shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. You can use that tracking number to track your shipment on the UPS or FedEx website. What happens if an item is lost in shipping? If the shipper (FedEx or UPS) verifies that the package was lost prior to arriving at your destination, we will replace the goods at no charge. We are not responsible for shipments that are lost or stolen after delivery or shipments that are lost without shipper confirmation. What happens if an item is damaged during shipment? Your shipper is responsible for damage during shipping.
